Cancellation Policy
1. RENTAL: Client shall rent the Studio from [start date and time as specified on the web purchase] to [end date and time as specified on the web purchase]. All times stated must be strictly followed. Studio may require Client to vacate the studio at the expiration of time stated. The clock will start at pre agreed upon time and will end precisely at the end of the session. The studio engineer will stop the recording 10 minutes prior to end - time to ensure that mixes can be exported and given to the client. No more than 3 guests are allowed to accompany the recording artist at any time unless prior permission has been granted. 2. PAYMENT: The rental rate for the Studio is as: $30 hour without an engineer $60 Hr with in house engineer .Client wishes to book the Studio from start date and time to end date and time selected by the client. A 50% deposit must be paid upon the booking of studio time and will be applied against the final amount owing. Any additional time required over and above the dates above shall be billed at Studio’s hourly rate. The balance shall be due upon completion of the project through cash app or other payment method agreed upon. 3. CANCELLATION: Studio will return some or all of the Deposit based on the following notifications: Less than 24 Hours’ Notice: No Refund On Deposit More than 24 Hours’ Notice: Full Credit Towards Next Booking
